April – May
Clear winter debris, ice dam residue, and early seed pods from maples. This is the most important cleaning of the year. It lets you catch any damage from winter before spring rains begin. Also the best time to spot brackets that shifted under snow and ice load.
☀️ Summer Check
July – August
Properties with overhanging pine trees or cottonwoods may need a mid-summer clean. Pine needles and fluff pack tightly into corners and downspout openings. If you saw overflow during June storms, don't wait until fall.

October – November
The big one. Clean after the bulk of leaves have dropped but before the first hard freeze. Clogged eavestroughs heading into an Ontario winter are a recipe for ice dams, fascia damage, and foundation problems that compound fast.

Most residential eavestrough cleanings take one to three hours, depending on the size of your home and the amount of buildup. Here's what happens during a typical visit.

Debris Removal
All debris is removed from the gutter channels. We clear leaves, shingle grit, seed pods, and nesting material. Everything down to clean metal.
Flush & Test
We run water through the entire system to confirm proper flow and pitch. Every downspout is flushed from top to ground level to ensure it's clear.
Inspect & Report
We check every bracket, seam, and joint. If we find any damage, we'll let you know what it is, whether it needs repair now or can wait, and what it'll cost.
